What an amazing night - Tales From the Organ Trade won FOUR Canadian Screen Awards!
The wonderful composer John Welsman won for Best Original Music for a Non-Fiction Program or Series, our brilliant researchers Ric Esther Bienstock, Sheila Mandell, Anastasia Trofimova won the Barbara Sears Award for Best Editorial Research, Ric Esther Bienstock won Best Writing in a Documentary Program or Factual Series and Tales From the Organ Trade (represented by Ric Esther Bienstock, Simcha Jacobovici and Felix Golubev) won the prestigious Donald Brittain Award for Best Social/Political Documentary Program!
To top the night off Ric Esther Bienstock was presented with the Gordon Sinclair Award for Broadcast Journalism.
