Enslaved receives CSA nominations in seven categories

So proud and happy for the incredibly talented team that garnered Enslaved: The Lost History of the Transatlantic Slave Trade 7 Canadian Screen Award Nominations!! Congrats to my fellow nominees and to all my friends and colleagues who are also nominated for their work.

I would tag people, but I always forget someone important and it comes back to bite me. So team.....you all know who you are.

I will say that sadly we weren't nominated for Best Editing - a nomination that is so richly deserved for Ellai Himel, Graeme Ball and David New. Ellai, as series editor and Graeme and David as editor on a couple of episodes were responsible for making all of us look good.
