Surrounded by cars in the midst of Saturday afternoon traffic, I glanced at my brother John.  I was in the midst of a  quandary.

Where are you?

The Big Picture

Scientists have proven that people who view their lives having purpose and passion are happier than those who do not.  (Duh!)

Crossroads

Sometimes, when I look back and think of all the
could-have-beens in my life,

I often wonder:
Did I make the right choice....
Did I miss a road sign....
Am I on the right track....

C R O S S R O A D S.....
They happen all the time,
Saying goodbye to some,
Choosing only one.
Letting go, holding on... settling for now,
But facing what must come....  more

Quote as Garnish:

I wanted a perfect ending. Now I've learned, the hard way, that some poems don't rhyme, and some stories don't have a clear beginning, middle, and end. Life is about not knowing, having to change, taking the moment and making the best of it, without knowing what's going to happen next. Delicious ambiguity.
